Order tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your package is in transit. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at info@lucohairandskin.com. All web orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via US Postal Service. Within the U.S., Packages will take 3-5 business days to reach their destinations.
Note: With the aggressive spam email filtering of many ISP’s and email software, it is possible that your invoice or tracking number or LUCO emails mistakenly get blocked from your email in-box. Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with any items you purchased at LucoHairandSkin.com, Return the items to us within 15 days of receipt for a prompt refund.
